What we collect
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
- We don’t sell your chats. Your conversations are yours.
- We don’t use chats to train models without consent. Operational processing (safety classifiers, generation) is not training.
- We don’t show other users your activity. No one can see who chatted with a character or what was said.
Who sees your data
Human reviewers do not browse private chats. Account data (email, payment, IP) is access-restricted and touched only when an investigation requires it.
Data retention
We retain account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we begin the deletion process. Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g. financial records, law enforcement preservation requests).Your rights
