What Flamify is for, and what it isn’t.
This page is a plain-language summary of content expectations. The full legal Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship; this page describes the content rules that flow from those Terms.

What Flamify is for

Flamify is an adult AI companion platform. It exists for users who want to:
  • Chat with original AI characters.
  • Create and customise characters (where the product allows).
  • Generate images of those characters.
  • Use roleplay scenarios and related creative features.
If your use fits one of those, you almost certainly fit the acceptable-use bar — subject to Prohibited content.

Allowed content

Outside the prohibited list, users can freely create:
  • Original adult characters of any gender, body type, ethnicity, or background (characters must be 18+).
  • Sexual and romantic content between consenting adult fictional characters on adult product surfaces.
  • Stylised conflict and morally complex scenarios that serve a narrative.
  • Fantasy, sci-fi, supernatural, and historical settings.
On Safe Mode brand surfaces, NSFW discovery and generation are additionally restricted even when the underlying topic would be allowed on the main product.

Prohibited content (short list)

  • Anything depicting, implying, or recognisably resembling minors in a sexual, romantic, or suggestive context
  • Self-harm / suicide encouragement
  • Incest and zoophilia
  • Real-world weapons, explosives, or drug manufacture instructions
  • Extortion and grooming / coercive manipulation
  • Extreme gore presented as the appeal of the scene

Account-level rules

  • One person, one account (no sharing accounts to evade enforcement).
  • No automated scraping or bulk extraction of platform content.
  • No attempts to evade moderation through encoding, obfuscation, or repeated near-duplicate submissions.
  • No use of the platform to harass, dox, or impersonate other users.

Enforcement

For content that involves real-world crimes (CSAM, credible threats), we respond to law-enforcement requests through Contact.

We update this page when policy changes. The “Last modified” date at the bottom of the published Mintlify page is authoritative.
