## What we collect

| Data                        | Why                                                                                        |

| **Email address**           | Account creation, login, transactional emails.                                             |
| **Payment information**     | Processed by a third-party payment provider. Flamify does not store your full card number. |
| **Chat messages**           | To generate responses, run safety classifiers, and deliver the product.                    |
| **Generated media**         | To deliver images and other generated content to you.                                      |
| **Device and browser info** | Analytics, fraud prevention, debugging.                                                    |
| **Usage data**              | Understanding how the product is used so we can improve it.                                |

## What we don't do

* **We don't sell your data.** Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
* **We don't sell your chats.** Your conversations are yours.
* **We don't use chats to train models without consent.** Operational processing (safety classifiers, generation) is not training.
* **We don't show other users your activity.** No one can see who chatted with a character or what was said.

## Who sees your data

Human reviewers do not browse private chats. Account data (email, payment, IP) is access-restricted and touched only when an investigation requires it.

## Data retention

We retain account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we begin the deletion process. Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g. financial records, law enforcement preservation requests).

## Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

* **Access** your personal data.
* **Correct** inaccurate data.
* **Delete** your account and associated data.
* **Object** to certain processing.

## Billing discretion

Charges from Flamify appear on your bank statement under a discreet descriptor that does not reference the platform's adult content. This is a standard privacy measure.
