## Report a concern

If you encounter content that violates the [Prohibited content](/policies/prohibited-content) policy, email [support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai) with a description of the issue. Include as much detail as you can — the character name, what happened, and screenshots if possible.

## Chat controls

* **End a conversation** at any time. You are always in control of the interaction.
* **Start fresh** — begin a new conversation with any character at any time.

## Safe Mode

Safe Mode surfaces (app-store versions, PG-13 brand fronts) hide NSFW catalog and media and constrain generation. See [Safe filters](/moderation/safe-filters) for how this works.

## Account management

* **Delete your account** at any time. Account deletion initiates the removal of your data as described in [Privacy at a glance](/your-account/privacy-summary).
* **Cancel your subscription** by contacting [support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai).
