Who we are Flamify is operated by **ALLIE LTD**, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE 460424). In these Terms, "Flamify", "we", "us", and "our" refer to ALLIE LTD. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the service. ## 2. Acceptance By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms, our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy), and our [Acceptable Use Policy](/policies/acceptable-use). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## 3. Eligibility You must be **at least 18 years old** (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Flamify. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. See [Age requirements](/policies/age-verification) for how we enforce this. ## 4. Service description Flamify is an AI-powered companion platform for adults. The Service allows you to: * Chat with AI characters through text, images, and voice. * Generate images and other media of AI characters. * Create custom AI characters. * Purchase premium features and virtual currency ("Diamonds"). All interactions are with artificial intelligence, not real people. AI characters are software. They do not have feelings, memories between sessions, or independent existence. They cannot form genuine emotional connections or provide professional advice. The Service is for **entertainment purposes only**. ## 5. Your account You agree to: * Provide accurate information during registration. * Maintain only **one account**. * Keep your login credentials secure. * Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. * Accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. ## 6. Acceptable use You agree to follow our [Acceptable Use Policy](/policies/acceptable-use) and [Prohibited Content](/policies/prohibited-content) policy. In summary: **Allowed:** Original adult characters (18+), consensual adult roleplay, fantasy/sci-fi/supernatural settings, BDSM dynamics between fictional consenting adults. **Prohibited:** Content involving minors, real people, copyrighted characters, non-consensual sexual scenarios, terrorism, hate content, bestiality, self-harm promotion, real-world crime facilitation, and other categories listed in [Prohibited Content](/policies/prohibited-content). Violation of these policies may result in content removal, account warning, suspension, or permanent ban. See [Appeals](/moderation/appeals) if you believe a decision was made in error. ## 7. Content moderation We use a combination of automated classifiers and dedicated reviewers to enforce our content policies. Moderation operates across chat input, generation, and the character catalog. Details are in [How moderation works](/moderation/how-it-works). ## 8. Intellectual property ### Our IP The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by ALLIE LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. ### Your content You retain ownership of the creative input you provide (character descriptions, prompts, etc.). You grant ALLIE LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated output (text, images, voice) is produced by the Service in response to your input. Your rights to AI-generated output are subject to applicable law and these Terms. You may use AI-generated output for personal, non-commercial purposes. ### Third-party IP You may not create characters based on copyrighted intellectual property or real people. See [Intellectual property](/policies/intellectual-property). ## 9. Payments and subscriptions ### Subscriptions Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. By subscribing: * You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. * Subscriptions **auto-renew** unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. * Prices may change; we will notify you in advance of any price increase. ### Virtual currency (Diamonds) Diamonds are virtual currency for in-app purchases. Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused Diamonds are forfeited upon account termination. ### Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law. ### Refunds Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact [support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai). ## 10. Privacy and data We collect and process personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). Key commitments: * We do not sell your data. * We do not sell your chats. * We do not use your conversations to train AI models. * Billing is discreet. ## 11. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI characters are for entertainment only. They do not provide professional advice, therapy, medical guidance, legal counsel, or financial advice. Do not rely on AI responses for important decisions. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ## 13. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALLIE LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms. ## 14. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our content policies. Upon termination: * Your right to use the Service ceases immediately. * Unused Diamonds are forfeited. * Your data is handled as described in the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy#10-account-deletion). You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai). ## 15. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of Cyprus**, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of **Limassol, Cyprus**, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. ## 16. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. ## 17. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. ## 18. Entire agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Prohibited Content policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ALLIE LTD regarding the Service. ## 19.
