# Report a problem

> How to flag content or safety concerns on Flamify.

# Report a problem

> The fastest path to flagging a character, image, chat concern, or user.

## What you can report

* Characters that violate [Prohibited content](/policies/prohibited-content)
* Generated or uploaded media that should not be on the platform
* Chat behaviour that looks like grooming, self-harm crisis, or other hard
  limits
* Suspected underage users
* Intellectual-property or real-person likeness concerns

## How to report

1. Use the in-product report control on the character, media item, or
   conversation where available.
2. If you cannot use the in-product flow, email
   [support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai) with:
   * URL or ID of the content / character / chat
   * Short description of the issue
   * Category if known (minors, self-harm, illegal instructions, other)

## Priority

Suspected **minor / CSAM** reports are reviewed first. Self-harm crisis
signals and credible real-world threats are next. Everything else follows
in severity order.

## What happens next

* Automated systems may already have blocked the chat (STOP) or warned
  (HOLD) — see [How moderation works](/moderation/how-it-works).
* Trust reviewers re-check against the **current** policy.
* Content may be removed, a channel blocked, or an account actioned.
* We do not share investigation details that would compromise other users’
  privacy or an ongoing law-enforcement process.

## Law enforcement

Law-enforcement requests go to
[support@flamify.ai](mailto:support@flamify.ai) — see
[Contact](/contact).
